Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free plan is not a trial — it gives you one fully functional property guide with no time limit. You only upgrade when you need more properties or higher limits.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from billing in your dashboard at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is always safe. If you downgrade past your current property count, existing guides remain accessible but you won't be able to publish new ones until you're within the plan limits.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Paying yearly saves you the equivalent of two months compared with monthly billing. You can switch in billing.
What is the Scale plan?
Scale is for large property managers, co-host groups, and agencies that need unlimited properties, their own branding, connections to other tools, and a dedicated onboarding call. Email hello@guestlane.com and we'll tailor a plan.
